1. Free testing community

TuGestión BetaTest connects developers and testers aged 18 or over. Access is free at this stage. Exchanges are voluntary and do not imply payments, employment or any guarantee of testers or publication. Any future pricing change requires prior notice and acceptance.

2. Third-party apps & risks

Apps are developed and supplied by their respective providers, who are responsible for content, permissions, functionality, security and data processing. TuGestión BetaTest organises collaboration and does not develop, supply or audit listed apps. Profile and listing review does not certify identity, ownership or app safety.

Test software may cause errors, incompatibilities, data loss, unexpected consumption or device failures. Before installation, review permissions and privacy policy, back up data and avoid sensitive information or devices you rely on. Stop testing and report suspicious behaviour.

Participants freely decide whether to install and test each app and accept the inherent risks of experimental software. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not assume liability for damage attributable to third-party apps or actions of their developers or users. This clause does not exclude legally enforceable liability of the operator, mandatory consumer rights, intentional misconduct or other liabilities that cannot be limited.

3. Developer & tester obligations

Only list apps you are authorised to manage. Provide accurate information and an accessible privacy policy. Configure test access in Play Console. You can use your own Google group and include its link in the listing; no platform group membership is required. If you do not use a group, explain in the instructions how you will authorise access. Malware, requests for personal credentials, unlawful activity, simulated tests, false logs and mandatory positive public ratings are prohibited. Testers must only record real testing and honest feedback.

4. Agreements & counters

Accepting an exchange creates two participations. Either party may cancel; linked active participations stop and history is retained while accounts exist. Listing age, elapsed time and activity days are internal, self-reported data: they do not verify installation, continuous opt-in or official Google Play requirements. Production access is decided by Google.

5. Moderation & contact

We may reject or remove listings and suspend accounts for breaches, fraud or community risks. Report issues from the listing or using the contact above. You may request review of a decision through the same channel. These terms are interpreted under applicable law, preserving each participant’s mandatory rights and jurisdiction.
