What we store and why

The operator above processes email, public name, language, profile, app listings, proposals, participations, self-reported activity, feedback, reports and acceptance of terms to operate the community. The basis is performance of the requested service. Security and audit logs are retained under legitimate interests in fraud prevention and service protection. We do not request Google passwords or automatically extract group members.

Who can see them

Listings and developer names are public. Test feedback and logs are visible to the tester and app developer; administrators may access when needed to operate the service. Your email and the full directory are restricted to administrators. The directory and CSV are for tester management, with no automatic marketing subscription.

The platform uses hosting and email services contracted by the operator. Links to each app’s group and Google Play open external services with their own terms and privacy; joining a group allows Google and its administrators to process data under that service’s settings. Group membership is not automatically synchronised.

Retention

Account and activity data are retained while you use the service. You can delete your account from your profile. Verification links expire after 24 hours, recovery links after one hour and API tokens after 30 days. Rate limits are purged after 24 hours, sent or failed email records after 30 days and audit records after 180 days. Backups are retained for 30 days. Restricted data may be retained when required for legal duties or claims.

Your rights

You can export data and delete your account from your profile, or request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability using the contact above. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Deleting your BetaTest account does not remove you from Google groups you joined: leave them through Google Groups.

Cookies

We use only a technical session cookie for sign-in, security and language. No advertising, tracking or third-party analytics are included.
